8. Competitions and Promotions
Our judges decision is final, no correspondence may be entered into.
Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for 12 months from date of issue, which will appear on the Gift Certificate. Promotions or competitions run by Jack & Abby are for New Zealand customers only.
9. Pricing
All pricing on the website is listed in New Zealand dollars.
All prices include 15% Goods & Services Tax (GST).
10. Customs and Other Fees
Any and all customs fees imposed by countries outside of New Zealand are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any VAT, Goods & Services Tax, import Duties, Tariffs, Fines or any other related fees are also the sole responsibility of the customer.
11. Billing & Delivery Information
We accept orders where the billing and delivery addresses are not the same, however, we will not deliver to a P O Box address. If we deem the information you supply to be inaccurate, incomplete or suspicious we reserve the right not to send the merchandise and refund payment. We will endeavour to contact you should this problem arise.
12. Product Availability
We do our very best to keep our website updated, however, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item and the website may show incorrect inventory of an item.
