We aim to get your order posted on the same day that you place your order.
If you place your order in the late afternoon or in the evening, your order will be despatched the next working day.
For the North island please allow 2 -3 working days for delivery
For the South Island please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery
Whether you are in the North Island or the South Island, if your house is on the NZ Rural Delivery Postal route you’ll need to allow an additional 2 business days for delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email from us with the tracking number for delivery. You can track your parcel using the Track and Trace service (These timeframes are, of course, subject to product availability. Furthermore, from time to time, issues might arise which mean we can’t meet these timeframes but, if that’s the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.)
All deliveries are automatically sent with a signature required request, unless you state otherwise. Please note that any delivery that you request without a signature required is at your care and not the responsibility of Jack & Abby Ltd once it leaves our premises.
Deliveries within NZ are sent via NZ Couriers
Deliveries to Australia are sent via Toll Priority
Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and Jack & Abby will not be liable if such delivery dates are not met.
We will gladly make an exchange or process a credit less delivery costs for any items you are not completely happy with. Returns and exchanges on items purchased directly from Jack & Abby may be made by calling us on 0800 890 522 or +649 278 2421 or emailing us at email@example.com to inform us of the return and to ensure a quick refund.
Please return the unwanted items to Jack & Abby within 14 days of the delivery date unworn and in perfect condition. Returned items received after this date will not entitle you to a refund. Please deliver items prepaid with the package securely wrapped and clearly labelled to:

Jack & Abby does not refund initial delivery charges or delivery charges for any returns or exchanges. Jack & Abby is not responsible for damages that occur during care of the item, such as dry cleaning, washing, drying or ironing.
